Guatemala produces some of the best cacao and flavorful chocolate in the world. In this dynamic workshop in Antigua, you’ll learn the history of cacao, its role in the times of the ancient Maya and the entire production process for it to become world class chocolate. You'll discover the properties of cacao, the transformation it goes through and how to temper real chocolate for creating your own delicious bars.
This experience is available in Antigua at 10AM, 11AM, 3PM or 4PM.
