We are so flexible that you decide what to include! Most of our trips include accommodation, transportation, unique activities and experiences, local guides, trip leader if requested, specified meals and domestic flights if applicable. Please note tips and gratuities, international flights, not specified meals, and travel insurance are not included. If you want to skip all this, you can book from our best-selling package deals.

Absolutely! A great part about traveling is calling the shots and we are focused on creating something together to make your trip unforgettable. You can choose style of accommodation, transportation, activities, meals, travel style and even tell us your budget so we can honor it.

Most of our experiences and most of our day trips are private, some are ran with one solo traveler and others have a minimum of 2 travelers as a requirement to respect pricing. If you wish to join a group, or are traveling in a group you can contact us to confirm availability and group pricing before booking.

You can confirm your booking by paying the deposit quoted. If needed, you can request a payment plan with up to 3 installments. Bank fees and commissions may apply.

We accept paymentsvia wire transfer and accept any major credit/debit card. Online payments are secure and collected using Wetravel and SSL encryption to protect user data.

If you wish to cancel or change your booking please refer to our booking & cancellation policy and to the terms and conditions stated in your confirmation.

We highly recommend traveling with insurance to protect yourself and your booking in case any situation beyond yours or our control arises.

Check the validity of your personal travel documents and if you require a visa for visiting Guatemala or Mexico. If this is the case, you are responsible for acquiring a valid travel visa before booking a trip and paying. Be advised we do not provide invitation letters or any documentation for such procedures. Guatemalan or Mexican authorities may require upon entry:
-a copy of your itinerary (printed or digital)
-the trip payment receipt (itinerary or digital).

The weather is tropical and humid. Guatemala and Yucatan have both wet and dry season throughout the year, with the dry season from November to April, where occasional rain may appear and temperatures range from hot to nice and cool. Starting May the first rains appear, humidity and heat increase with the hurricane season hitting most of August, September and October. November, December and January may have cold fronts that make the weather cooler and often more pleasant.

If it’s possible to visit in the dry season; November to April are ideal, with March, April and December being the peak season for travel. Visiting during the rest of the year is also advised,with due planning to anticipate that some rain will be a part of your trip. If you choose to travel in hurricane season be advised some activities and routes may be affected by weather conditions and it’s up to the operator to decide if it affects safety.
