We're looking for outgoing, friendly, and approachable individuals with a knack for leadership, and a talent for keeping groups organized and energized. 

As a trip leader, you'll need to be attentive and informative, able to make decisions under pressure, with a basic knowledge of history, geography and culture that you can share with our travelers. 

You'll need to be organized, high-energy, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure our travelers have an unforgettable experience. 

Our ideal candidates*** are Guatemalan, fluent in spoken and written English, with exceptional customer service and able to handle group dynamics with ease. A tour guide certification from INGUAT is a plus but not required. Additionally, you must be willing to interview in English and live in Antigua Guatemala, the surrounding areas, or Lake Atitlan.
